Fitment, when to order, materials, and lead time.
- What's a canopy replacement top?
- Just the printed canopy — no frame. If you already own a 10×10 or 10×20 pop-up frame (ours or another brand's, as long as it's the standard footprint), order a replacement printed top. Refresh the brand, swap sponsors, update for a new season, or replace a damaged top. The frame stays, the surface changes.
- Will a replacement top fit my existing frame?
- Yes for any standard 10×10 or 10×20 pop-up frame — the canopy-to-frame interface is industry standard. Velcro corners, eave attachment loops, and 8-inch valance drop all conform to the standard pop-up tent dimensions. Send a photo or the frame brand with your quote request and we'll confirm fit.
- When should I order a canopy replacement instead of a new tent?
- Three scenarios: (1) the brand has changed and you don't want to throw out the frame, (2) the sponsor list rotates annually and you re-print every season, (3) the existing top is faded or torn but the frame is still solid. In all three, replacing the top is significantly cheaper than buying a new tent.
- Is the print and material the same as a full tent order?
- Yes. Full-color dye-sublimation on 600D PU polyester — the same UV-resistant, waterproof, flame-retardant fabric used on every custom tent we ship. The replacement top is just the canopy without the bundled frame.
- Is graphic design included on a replacement-only order?
- Yes. Layout, vectorization, Pantone matching, and a digital proof are part of every print order. If we still have your previous artwork on file from the original tent, we can apply the new brand or sponsor refresh without rebuilding the layout.
- What's the lead time on a replacement canopy?
- 10 to 14 business days from art approval and payment, plus transit. Rush production is available on request — useful when a new sponsor signs late or a damaged top needs to be replaced before the next event.
